Yes, limited records may be shared with UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, banks, fraud checks or KYC partners when needed to process payments, confirm identity, handle disputes, prevent misuse or meet legal duties.

You can request a copy by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. We will check ownership, gather eligible records, and explain if legal, security, wallet or fraud-prevention duties prevent release of certain data.

Send the correction request from your account email and include the exact field that is wrong. For phone, payment, address or identity details, we may ask for a fresh check before making the change.

Wallet records are kept while required for audits, legal duties, fraud prevention, chargeback handling and dispute checks. After those reasons end, we remove, anonymise or separate records according to our retention schedule.
